Progress Pictures - A Sneak Peak

As you would have seen I didn’t upload pictures this week, nor last.

I’m doing this for compartive purposes, so there will be a big difference between week 2 images and week 4 images when the program is complete.

I decided to test out my new camera and take out a few sneak peak images of my progress. Hopefully it gives you and idea of how I’m going :)

I’m looking forward to getting my body fat percentage tested again as well. Will see how it goes..

Man, what impressive definition and results you have made. You clearly can see how awesomely you have progressed. I know this might seem like a stupid question, but what does taking creatine do for you when you take it before and after a workout and what form to you take it as?

@Rob I will make a post about creatine in the next 2-3 days and let you know what I (think) I know about it with some relevant links etc.

Basically though, from Wikipedia “Creatine is a nitrogenous organic acid that occurs naturally in vertebrates and helps to supply energy to muscle.” I am using “Universal Nutrition: Storm Muscle Cell Volumizer”, its recommended dosage is 30 minutes before and with 30 minutes after a workout.

I will go into more greater detail in my post. Keep an eye out :)
