Way to go mr sissy pants.
Have to admit though, my arms and chest and abs are pretty sore today as well. I blame re-arranging the f**king garage.

Wow! Tour legs are still sore. How long has it been or is this from doing something different? I didn’t get to the gym either. I figured that 5 days in a row was enough for now and a days break will do me some good.

Nar just lots of squats for me :(

Squats and lunges will do it to me as well.:-( Thanks God I have 2 days before my next leg workout. For some reason they are the death of me. :-)

Yeah they are horrible aren’t they. They are the one exercise that without a doubt, 100% guaranteed, will make you sore for atleast 3 days.

They sure are and I find it weird in a way as well. I always thought my legs to be the strongest part of my body. That’s until I do my leg routine and then I feel like mush and like I have never worked the legs before. it’s all a good feeling though.
