Workout 13

I forgot to take Creatine before the workout AGAIN today. Stupid stupid.  The workout was fairly good anyway though, I completed MOST of “Workout Day 4“. I say most because I cut some out. I think I’m doing a few to many sets, which is taking me too long at the gym and destroying my muscles! I will try and cut down a little bit for now, still doing a bit more than I think i should, and for the new program rectify this issue. I increased the weight for everything except Barbell Press and Leg Raises. I tried increasing them as well but I could only get about 3 reps out. Maybe next week… I was into the bike and rowing again for my cardio. They suck compared to running but shinsplints sucks worse.
