Workout 14 - The Scorpion Attack

I finally remembered to take my creatine BEFORE the workout today, as well as after. Hopefully that will keep happening. Today I completed “Workout Day 5“, so lots of biceps and abs. The abs were still a little bit sore from the leg raises yesterday but I pushed through it. While I was doing one of the Hammer Curl sets I felt something on my hand so I put the dumbbell down and had a look, and a freaking SCORPION was on my hand. I was like OMG!!! and shook my hand and it flew off. Not sure if it came out of my glove or was on the dumbbell or what, but in any case, it didn’t sting me. I showed it my thanks by rapidly crushing it into the ground. Damn scorpions. Anyway, I chucked on some more weight in the hammer curls and EZ bar curl but I was struggling a bit. Hopefully it will be easier next week, which is my final week of the program! Cardio was some sort of stand up running machine? You push on it as you swing your legs back and forward and its meant to do your abs too, not that I felt it. Pretty tiring in any case, and low impact on my shins.
