Workout 15
Had a few day break to let my body recover again, and then destroyed it doing “Workout Day 1“. My back and legs I can tell will be rooted tomorrow, i’ll be walking around like an old man. I only increased the weight on the stiff leg dead lifts, but I felt like I could have gone up another 5kg on the barbell rows. I will definantley be going up in next time, for the last workout of the program. I didn’t do HIIT today, just a normal 15 minutes on the cross trainer, but burnt about 130 calories instead of the usual 200. So it wasn’t too bad, although my heart rate didn’t keep up their throughout my entire workout like it does when I do HIIT.
