Workout 2

Today I did “Workout Day 5 ” at the gym.

My 15 minute HIIT run at the start was fairly decent, burnt 200 calories doing that alone. Then i continued onto my weights. My biceps started to really get sore when doing the hammer curls. Felt good, will be interesting to see if they are really sore tomorrow.

I have updated my workout sheets accordingly, which can be accessed from the “Workouts” menu at the top of the page.
