Workout 4 - Something Different
Well my legs were sore from yesterdays workout, but I pushed hard and did something completely different. I did a body combat class, and was assured it was more manly than a step class I had done previously.. It wasn’t. I was the only guy in there.. again.
Did all sorts of punches and kicks, felt pretty gumby to be honest, but it sure did get the heart pumping. Could barley continue at the end when it came to doing plank. I rarely get the feeling that my heart and body is about to conk out, so I suppose it was a good thing.
Here are the details from my watch and heart rate monitor:
- Workout Duration: 58 minutes
- Calories Burnt: 501
- Heart Rate Max: 187
- Heart Rate Average: 149
Legs are feeling alright at this stage.. let us see what tomorrow brings.

Only chicks do any of those classes man, doesn’t matter which one you go to you’ll be the only guy there. At least you’re fit though!
