Workout 5
I completed “Workout Day 2” today. Lots of chest. I love when you stop doing chest workouts and you have a big puffy chest. Makes you feel huge.
I decided to let my poor legs recover today, so I didn’t do a HIIT run. Just a 5 minute warm up run. It really affects the amount of calories you burn when you do HIIT before of a workout. I think the HIIT is working rather well, looking at myself in the mirror I feel like I have less body fat. Will have to wait 3 weeks until I weight myself again though. Will be interesting.
Here are the details from my watch and heart rate monitor:

- Calories Burnt: 564
- Heart Rate Max: 156
- Heart Rate Average: 125

hey bub maybe dnt rely so much on weights coz wen u build muscle u will put on weight even if u burn off heaps of fat.
