Workout 7 & Progress Pics

I completed “Workout Day 4” today. Its a nice chest workout! Didn’t get to do a HIIT today, finished work too late and didn’t want to be home at like 8:30pm. So it had to get cut, so a much shorter workout and a lot less calories burnt. I did a 5 minute run at medium intensity to warm myself up, nothing compared to HIIT though.

I appreciate all the comments I have been getting and all the Twitter followers I have been getting. It keeps me motivated and focused, so I thanks guys and girls, keep it up. I’ll keep up my end of the deal by working hard and blogging daily :).

Here are the details from my watch and heart rate monitor:

Workout Day 4” has been updated according to the weights I did.

Now.. onto the fun stuff. Progress images. I will try and post them every week. I envision that it will be hard to tell the difference week to week, but comparing week 1 to week 4 will hopefully show some big improvements. On with the pictures!

Excuse my silly face, and my photographer obviously needs some training, but anyway, you get the idea of the progress! I have decided not to take measurements because I would be to inaccurate with a measuring tape. I will leave it down to visual and body fat results.

Until tomorrow!

Great progress, you can really see the difference. I might have missed something down the line, but was is the HIIT program or workout you mention? I take it from some of Luke comments and yours that it has something to do with running.

@Rob. Thanks! It’s surprising how much 7 days can make. The HIIT program I am doing is just running on a treadmill for 15minutes before my weights programs. I have been slowly ramping up the incline each day by 0.5. I generally to 20 seconds hard, 40 seconds job when doing HIIT.
